Terms of Use — ProAlly

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ProAlly (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. ProAlly connects clients ("Users") with experts ("Helpers") for professional consultations and services.

2. User Accounts

You must register an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account.

3. Expert Profiles and Visibility

Experts may create profiles highlighting their skills. To gain full visibility in our directory, Experts may be required to purchase an annual subscription. We reserve the right to remove any profile that violates our community standards, contains false information, or engages in fraudulent activity.

4. Payments and No Refund Policy

Users may pay a one-time fee to unlock the contact details of an Expert. Experts may pay an annual subscription fee for directory visibility. All payments made on ProAlly are strictly non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for unlocked contact details, regardless of whether the Expert responds to your inquiry or if a successful engagement occurs. We also do not offer refunds, prorated or otherwise, for Expert subscription cancellations.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform to:

Violate any local, state, national, or international law.
Harass, abuse, or harm another person.
Send spam, unsolicited communications, or unauthorized advertisements.
Attempt to interfere with or compromise the system integrity or security.

6. Limitation of Liability

ProAlly acts merely as a directory and facilitator for connections. We do not endorse, guarantee, or take responsibility for the quality, safety, or legality of the services provided by Experts, nor the ability of Users to pay for such services. ProAlly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes. Your continued use of the Platform following such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
