  • Provide, maintain, and improve our Services, including to facilitate payments, send receipts, provide products and services you request, develop new features, provide customer support to Users and Experts, develop safety features, authenticate users, and send product updates;
  • Perform internal operations, including to prevent fraud and abuse of our Services; to troubleshoot software bugs and operational problems; to conduct data analysis, testing, and research; and to monitor and analyze usage and activity trends;
  • Send you communications we think will be of interest to you, including information about products, services, promotions, news, and events of ProAlly.

3. Sharing of Information

When a User pays to unlock an Expert's contact information, we share the Expert's provided email and phone number with that specific User. Other than this core service functionality, we do not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services (e.g., payment processors like Stripe) or as required by law.

4. Payment Information and Refunds

We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions securely. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers. As outlined in our Terms of Use, all payments made on ProAlly (including profile unlocks and expert subscriptions) are non-refundable. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

5. Security

We take reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.
